The state owned oil marketing company has informed the BSE that the meeting of the board of directors of BPCL will be held on 27 May to take on record the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2010. The statement further says that the board also will consider dividend, if any, for the fiinancial year 2009-10.
